Customers with completed billing setup open the portal. Incomplete accounts continue to Stripe checkout.

Platform admin accounts use the same sign-in form and are routed to the admin dashboard automatically.

Create your credentials, complete secure Stripe checkout, then configure the assistant in the guided customer portal.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase for the named agency, public entity, nonprofit, or business; agree to the Terms of Service; and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Core, Growth, and Scale require a payment method and include a separate initial One-Time Onboarding & Implementation charge of $199, $299, or $499. PAYG has no onboarding fee, trial, inbound voice, managed number, or SMS follow-up.

After checkout, the portal saves each onboarding section as a draft. Nothing reaches the live assistant until you submit it, Nuvareq reviews it, and an authorized publish succeeds.
